How students can help themselves and the EAFC office
- Always use your file number when communicating with all EAFC email addresses.
- Students, churches and educational institutions are emailed as soon as funds are sent and cleared in the U.S. Any questions or problems that arise MUST BE addressed by emailing finance@eafc.net and copying africaoffice@eafc.net and admin@eafc.net within three (3) months of that notification. Any questions or problems that occur after that date will not be the responsibility of EAFC to sort out.
- Regularly review your copy of the application in which you were accepted as an EAFC student so that you remember what you agreed to do. This will be a great help to you when time for renewal of your scholarship (one year from the date in which you first received funds.) You will be emailed the renewal forms approximately three (3) months prior to the date of your renewal. Failure to abide by the terms of this scholarship can result in a failure to be renewed.
- The data given in the original application is considered as current facts unless EAFC works out an amendment with your partnering church at least three (3) months prior to renewal time. No student's emails announcing changes will be accepted as valid.
